RiseWise is published by Reroapp Technologies.
You can request deletion of your RiseWise account and associated data in either of the following ways:
Option 1: In the RiseWise app
- Open the RiseWise app.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Option 2: By email
Send an email to risewiseapp@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete RiseWise Account”.
Please send the request from the email address linked to your RiseWise account.
You do not need to reinstall the RiseWise app to request account deletion. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing risewiseapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your RiseWise account.
Data deleted:
- Your account profile
- Email address or login identifier
- App preferences
- User-generated content linked to your account
- Usage data associated with your account, where applicable
Data retained:
Some records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.
Retention period:
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Any retained data is kept only for as long as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
