2. About RiseWise
RiseWise is a mobile learning app that teaches Bhagavad Gita lessons through short educational activities.
RiseWise is educational only and is not a school, counseling service, or substitute for parental guidance.
3. What Parents Control
- Create and manage all child accounts and profiles.
- Provide accurate account information and required consent.
- Supervise use of the app and keep credentials secure.
- Avoid sensitive child identifiers in display names.
4. What Kids Can Do
- Complete lessons and quizzes.
- Earn XP, streaks, badges, and leaderboard ranks.
- View progress inside parent-managed profiles.
Children may not create independent accounts.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
Key clause: Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy and COPPA parental notice.
These documents explain collection, use, protection, and deletion of parent and child information.
6. Parental Consent (COPPA)
Key clause: Verified parental consent is required before child profile use.
- If consent is not verified, child features may be restricted.
- If consent is revoked, access may be paused until resolved.
- Renewed consent may be requested after policy or legal changes.
7. Account Deletion and Suspension
Key clause: Parents can request account deletion and child data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, security concerns, or Terms violations.
